How accurate are the safe zones?

Ad placements on Instagram, Facebook and YouTube use the platforms’ published guidance. The others are careful measurements or estimates of the current apps, and each placement shows its source and when it was last checked.

What size should a vertical video be?

1080 × 1920 pixels at 9:16. All the numbers on this page are for that frame.

Is there one safe zone that works on every platform?

Yes. Keep key content 288 px from the top, 672 px from the bottom, 65 px from the left and 192 px from the right of a 1080 × 1920 video. That box is safe on TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels and YouTube Shorts, organic and ads.

Does AhCrop work on my phone?
